The definition of intentional is to be done on purpose; deliberate.
How many of us go through each day without having any intentions about our happiness, fitness, relationships, finances and our lives? We wake up placing all our hope in external sources that they will come through and provide these things for the day. Sadly, this will lead to disappointment often.
Being intentional is empowering. You are taking control of how you will see the world and what you will attract. It does not mean everyday will be perfect, but it does shape the focus of how we see the imperfections. Try these exercises for a month and see how being intentional can work for you.
Start each morning by writing down your intentions for that day.
End each day by reviewing your intentions and writing down what you are grateful for that occurred that day.
