This week I was able to return to the Montana Law Enforcement Academy and the place where my career started. I was honored to be able to share my passion, my experiences and the lessons I learned in my career with the next generation of law enforcement professionals.
It got me thinking about the value of experience. Over the course of your life, you will experience many highs and lows, smiles and tears, successes and failures, in your personal relationships and career. What value does your experience have? Now imagine if you shared you experiences with the next generation and those who aspire to follow in your footsteps.
How much more value would you create?
How much better could you make the future?
