When we ask a child what their dreams are, they can usually respond instantaneously with a multitude of things and they are excited to tell you all about them.  Yet if you ask an adult the same question they’ll quickly try to change the subject.  Or they’ll give you a surface level answer like “I don’t really have any”, an excuse “dreams are for kids” or the worst one yet they’ll unhappily answer “I’m living the dream”.   Why as adults are we so afraid to share our dreams with others, to work towards our dreams and to even simply admit we still have dreams?
