Imagine this scenario, instead of asking the person you just met, “what do you do?” what if we asked them “who are you?” What kind of conversations would follow or not follow based on learning about someone’s image of themselves, their beliefs, goals, passions and priorities?

As the young adults in my house prepare for the next stage in life, that is the question I want them to work on every day.  The “what we do” may change many times over the course of your life but knowing  “who we are” provides us the foundation for our decisions and ensures our self-image is greater than the job, title or position we hold.

How would you answer, “Who Are You?”
