Welcoming Our Newest Coaches: A Transformative Experience at the Montana Law Enforcement Academy

We recently wrapped up an incredible three-day session at the Montana Law Enforcement Academy, and we are thrilled to welcome the newest coaches to the Team Hardy family!

The Journey to Becoming a Coach

Becoming a coach with Team Hardy is a rigorous process that tests not only physical skills but also the ability to instruct techniques in both small and large group settings. Our prospective coaches must demonstrate their openness to feedback and their ability to be coachable. Equally important is how they interact with other students and coaches, fostering a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie.

Beyond Ground Skills

Our training sessions are about much more than just mastering ground skills. At Team Hardy, we are committed to transforming not only WHAT we train but also HOW we train. This holistic approach ensures that our coaches are well-prepared to deliver effective and innovative training to law enforcement professionals.

A Warm Welcome

We are excited to see the impact our new coaches will have as they bring their skills, dedication, and passion to the team. Welcome aboard, new coaches!

Together, we will continue to innovate, inspire, and elevate the standards of law enforcement training.
