Students must know you care before they care how much you know!
One of my favorite parts of our three day Ground Tactic Coaches Course is getting to sit down one on one with each student to ask about their career goals, life dreams, family, and truly let them know within our team we care!
We can do this by limiting classes to no more than 16 students. No cooking cutter one size fits all approach from our team or our students.
Our law enforcement professionals deserve to know they matter, and need to leave not just with a certificate but with an understanding that it's their job to make their students know they matter!
